Effective July 2026

What we collect. If you sign the Charter: your name, email, optional location, and optional statement. If you register an account: your email and display name. If you endorse as an organization: organization details and a contact. We use hCaptcha to prevent automated abuse and Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage.

What is public. Signatures display your first name and city/state by default; your full name only if you opt in. Your email is never public. Organizational endorsements display the organization's name and covenant status. All editorial activity — suggestions, amendments, edits, and moderation actions — is public by design; that transparency is the governance model.

What we never do. We do not sell personal data. We do not display signer emails. We do not require legal names — the name you sign is the name we honor, consistent with Article 1 of the Charter itself.

Email. If you opt in, your contact is synced to Bloom Ministries' mailing system (FluentCRM) and tagged as a Charter endorser. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Removal. You may request removal of your signature, statement, or account at any time via bloomministries.org/contact. Editorial contributions (revisions, comments) remain in the public record with attribution, as required by the governance model, but accounts can be anonymized on request.

Safety note. This Charter serves privacy-sensitive communities. If public visibility could put you at risk, sign with a first name only and leave location blank — the declaration counts the same.
