  1. Living Commentary — The Epstein Files and the Weaponization of Doubt

In November 2025, Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act—co-authored by Representatives Thomas Massie and Ro Khanna, with Representatives Marjorie Taylor Greene, Nancy Mace, and Lauren Boebert forcing the vote through a discharge petition—by a vote of 427 to 1 in the House and unanimously in the Senate. The law required the Department of Justice to release its investigative files on Jeffrey Epstein within 30 days, with redactions permitted only to protect victims' identities and active investigations.
